Nothing on this Website is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Spy Tomorrow / spytomorrow.com is an internet-based publication (the “Website”) owned and published by The Rosh Group, Inc. (the “Publisher”). Discretion and responsibility.
Each visitor, member, and subscriber retains complete discretion regarding whether and how to use any portion of the Website’s content, tools, best practices, examples, or calculations. You agree that you use the Website at your own risk.

SPY-T trading strategies.
Any SPY-T trading strategies described on the Website reflect the content creator’s general best-practice approach and opinions, and are not the only way to trade. Strategies, concepts, and examples are provided for educational purposes only.

Definitions.
“Member” means a subscriber who pays for a recurring membership plan and remains in good standing under these Terms and the Website’s policies.
“Non-member” means a user who accesses free portions of the Website without a paid subscription.
“Subscriber” includes both Members and any other users receiving emails or access under a subscription or registration.

Account access and security.
If you create an account or receive member access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share logins, passwords, or member-only access with any other person.

Acceptable use.
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or redistribute member-only content; (b) bypass access controls; (c) interfere with Website operations; (d) use the Website for unlawful purposes; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation. The Publisher may suspend or terminate access for any violation or for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Intellectual property and sharing.

Public sharing of certain content.
Content and data presented on the Website’s public pages (including the front page data table, when available) may be shared with attribution to spytomorrow.com unless otherwise stated.

Payments, renewals, cancellation, and refunds.
Paid memberships are billed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription using the “Manage Subscription” link above (or any replacement link provided by the Website). Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable after member access has been activated or registration is completed. If you are charged but do not receive access due to a technical issue, contact support and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues.

Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Website, including trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or reliance on any information provided.

Maximum recovery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in any dispute or claim related to the Website, your total recovery shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Publisher for the most recent one-month subscription period (or the total amount paid in the prior 30 days), whichever is less.

No warranties.
The Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Website will meet your requirements.

Third-party data and services.
The Website may use or display data from third-party sources. The Publisher does not control and is not responsible for third-party data, outages, errors, delays, or changes. The Publisher is not responsible for losses or damages arising from third-party data issues.

Conflicts of interest / personal trading.

Such trading may be inconsistent with, or occur before or after, content posted on the Website. The Publisher has no obligation to disclose positions or transactions unless required by law.

Delivery timing and availability.
The Publisher may publish data, posts, emails, or updates on a schedule or at its discretion, and may change what is posted and when at any time without notice. The Publisher does not guarantee daily publication, timing, or delivery via web posting, social media, or email due to technical factors (including spam filters, caching, server issues, or third-party outages).

Termination.
The Publisher may suspend or terminate access to the Website or any portion of it (including membership access) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.
